Secret Valentine Swap Goodies!

This is a pic of all the goodies I received from my Secret Valentine Swap! I was sooooo spoiled. I got 2 new ink cartiridges for my SU! wheels and a tombo mono adhesive, which I always run out of! I love everything ~ tons of embellishments and brads and valentine items - yeah! I was super excitec about the pink mail box. Our Target has never had those and I look every year. I have been so jealous of everyone else, but now I finally own one!

This pic shows the handmade item I received. I have had my eye on this heart shaped tin, and now I have one and it is filled with chocolate! Thanks Secret Valentine Sis!

Finally, Time to Play with my New Rubbah!

I finally had time to play with some of my new stamp sets. I will be back tomorrow to post info and products used!

Sunday, January 13, 2008

Well, I am finally the proud owner of not only a few Bella stamps, but also some Copic Sketch markers! I am so excited about my markers and I just had to color something with them. I stamped my Mwahbella using black Brillance ink and let it dry for a few minutes. Hopefully, tomorrow or Tuesday, I will have time to make this cute bella into a card! See you soon and enjoy!

Transformation of a Peg Board

Here are the pics of my peg board. To create this, I started with some material I had laying around the house. I adhered the material using Modge Podge. I then used my eyelet setter to repunch the holes ( not so easy, my arm was pretty sore by the time I was done). I added cardstock and ribbon to the side of my board and added a few stamped images with glitter ~ whadya think? I am pretty excited about my new peg board, makes my room look much nicer! Enjoy!

It's All Clean ~ Finally

Well, it is finally clean! I only have one small box to go through, at least that is what size I am calling it! Compared to all the box fulls I had, a medium sized box is not that big. The peg board hanging on the wall used to be brown, but it was just plain ugly. I felt like it made my room "look trashy." Of course, something had to be done. Tune in tomorrow for details and up close pics of how I transformed a plain, ugly brown piece of peg board into a fun, stamped project! Enjoy!

Another Change

About a week ago, I changed my blog. I was soooooo not feeling the blue color, so I changed it again! I really like brown and pink together, so that is the direction I took this time. I like the look of this template and it even adds a touch a elegance!

I will be back today with the pics of my cleaned stamp room. All the sorting and cleaning took me a couple of days, but I think I got it all cleaned up. Yeah!

Do I have to clean my room???

Some of my resolutions this year are to:

1. Clean my craft room

2. Keep my craft room clean

3. Make a lot more projects

So to start out, here is the before pictures of my room. In the next few days, I am going to be doing some hard-core cleaning. When I am done, I will post the "after" pictures!

24 Days of Christmas ~ Catch Up

I am sooo behind in my Secret Santa Gifts. I don't even have a good excuse, I have just been busy and playing catch up after Christmas.

I am really excited about the Prima flowers. They are in nuetral colors, which means it will be very easy to add color with ink to them! I am also really excited about the SU! Creamy Caramel ink pad. I have been wanting this pad for a very long time. I even have the ink refill, I just ever got the ink pad.

Thank You soooooo much Edee. I like the handmade notepad. This is going in my purse, I always carry some sort of paper to write things down. Thanks again, I loved being a part of this fun event!! Happy New Year!

Christmas Card #3

This is the last of my Christmas cards that I sent out this year. Again, I cased this (with some changes) from Angie over at the Chic n' Scratch blog. I didn't think that I cared for the River Rock cardstock from the '08 colors, but after I saw this card, I fell in looovve! I swished the sides of the card with some green ink and a sponge. This added just enough color to make the River Rock cardstock work for me. I think the River Rock cardstock would look good with any type of ink swished on the edges ~ now I just need to order more paper! Enjoy!
